Nick's Bio





Nick Bank is the Owner and Head Trainer of Titan Fitness. He completed his Fitness Trainer Certification (CFT) in August 2015 with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Nick is currently a Biology major at Elmhurst College where he is also involved in researching the developmental morphology of Hadrosaurs. Nick is pursuing a degree/career in Medicine after graduating.

Nick also has the practical knowledge to balance his book-smarts. He has been on his personal fitness journey for over 6 years now and through his experiences, along with the literature, understands what works and what doesn't when it comes to getting fit and healthy!

Aside from a strong background in general health and fitness, Nick considers himself specialized in the sport of powerlifting, and he is planning to compete by the end of 2017. Currently his best gym numbers are a 315# Bench Press, 495# Squat, and 565# Deadlift, at 200# Bodyweight.

Nick absolutely loves what he does and it shows! He gets the most satisfaction from sharing his passion for fitness with his clients, and getting them the best results.
